We are a constituency of millions.
We represent the patient's voice nationwide, particularly those struggling with a chronic, debilitating or life-threatening illness.
We support sensible reforms that will expand access to health care for patients and protect them from the often unjust and discriminatory effects of illness.
We represent your neighbors, your friends and your loved ones.
We are the advocacy affiliate of the Patient Advocate Foundation. We translate the individual experiences of patients who have been denied access to affordable, quality health care into national and state policy initiatives.
Our staff and volunteers understand the burden of an unexpected diagnosis, along with the hurdles that may block the path back to good health.
Our Federal Government Relations team lobbies Congress, the Administration and other relevant parties in Washington, DC on behalf of the policies we believe will best promote access to affordable, quality care for patients nationwide.
In State Government Relations, our staff works in all 50 states and the territories to expand access to care. We work with gubernatorial offices, state legislatures and regulatory agencies to promote targeted policies that will best help the patients in that state.
We are here to help.
The Patient Voice Network is made up of thousands of volunteers who work to promote patient-centric policies nationwide. Our volunteers are dedicated, passionate people with knowledge and experience in health care. Many of them were personally helped by the Patient Advocate Foundation. All of them have a story to share and a belief that they can make a difference by helping others access care.
