Patricia Jolley, R.N., B.S.
Clinical Director of Research and Reporting
Ms. Jolley has over ten years of experience with the Patient Advocate Foundation. As a case manager, Ms. Jolley became very familiar with the need to educate, empwer and proactively assist patients with access to care and insurance issues, preservation of employment and medical debt crisis issues. She is extremely knowledgeable of community, state and government resources available throughout the United States. In her current role, she oversees initiatives within the Case Management Department, including clinical training, outreach and the development of educational publications. Ms. Jolley is a Registered Nurse with expereince in intensive care, oncology and a variety of other settings.
As a case manager, Ms.Williamson specializes in Medicare, medical debt crisis, long-term care issues and patient access to care. She brings a breadth of knowlege of federal, state and local programs, and has a particular expertise in brokering resources for cancer patients. Prior to her work at PAF, Ms. Williamson worked as the Social Services Coordinator at a skilled nursing facility and as a Social Worker in an adult day care setting. Ms. Williamson has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Christopher Newport University.
