The National Patient Advocate Foundation is pleased to announce that through the efforts of our Nebraska State Policy Liaison, Governor Heineman has declared April 4th, 2010, Patient Advocate Day!

L.R. 10 - Urges the members of Nebraska's Congressional Delegation to ensure that Congress timely reauthorizes the State Children Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) to assure appropriate federal funding. Also urges the Governor to use his best efforts to work with the Nebraska Congressional Delegation to ensure that SCHIP is reauthorized in a timely manner.
