There are some individuals and groups that do not want to see health care reform enacted for a variety of reasons.  While NPAF respects all views, we do not support playing politics with people's health and lives.  Americans need health care reform that will ensure high-quality and affordable health coverage for all!  NPAF developed the document "Dispelling the Myths of Health Care Reform" and encourages you to help dispel some of the myths that are circulating about health care reform.

Dispelling the Myths of Health Care Reform

NPAF believes it is critically important that we improve our health care system so that no American goes without necessary health care services. 

The Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, recently offered some sound advice:   "we have a huge, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to improve the lives of all Americans, insured and uninsured...and we should not let ourselves be distracted by attacks that try to use the complexity of health reform to freeze Americans in inaction."
