National Patient Advocate Foundation is proud to announce its partnership with an exciting new health care initiative, the Campaign for Better Care.  The Campaign officially launched on April 8th, 2010 and its focus is to make sure that health reform is implemented in ways that give people the comprehensive, coordinated health care they need espcially older adults and individuals with multiple, chronic conditions, and those who are sickest and most vulnerable.
