Obama, in Campaign Mode, Pushes Reform

A recent Washington Post article quoted White House communications director, Anita Dunn, as saying that although many elements of health care reform would take months or years to implement, the insurance changes, such as eliminating preexisting condition exclusions, could take effect "the day after" a law is signed.
