President and Senate Finance Committee Release Details of Health Care Reform Proposal

In a special address to Congress on September 9th, 2009, President Obama outlined his plan for health care reform to provide more security and stability in health insurance for all Americans.  In addition, the Senate Finance Committee, chaired by Senator Max Baucus (D-MT), released a framework for health care reform on September 8th.
