"Young Invincible" Policy Draws Concern

The American College Health Association expressed concerns this week on a provision included in the Senate Finance Committee's health care reform mark.  The bill includes a proposal to establish a separate "young invincible" policy category for individuals 25 years or younger.  The policy is described as catastrophic-only whereby prevention benefits would be excempt from the deductible.
