At Patient Advocate Foundation, Tracy works in the Patient Education & Empowerment division as the Resource Specialist, specializing in the management of the National Financial Resource Directory and Education Resource Library. She uses her previous case management experience to investigate, locate, and ensure proper inclusion of programs and PAF’s educational content to best fit the needs of patients, caregivers, and provider populations.
As a case manager with Patient Advocate Foundation, she became accustomed to linking patients with valuable programs and resources during their time of need. She has a wide range of experience in dealing with medical and financial crisis, access to care concerns, and insurance enrollment options. Tracy also frequently referenced the directory and played an active role as a verifier of resources in the database in tandem with her case manager role.
Prior to her work at PAF, Tracy worked as a billing specialist for a large provider network. This helped her gain experience in resolving both billing and insurance matters. She also holds an associate degree in Applied Sciences from Rappahannock Community College.
