NPAF provided comments to the NBPP proposed rule for CY2027 where we supported some ACA Marketplace proposals—like improved hardship exemptions—while opposing measures that would restrict enrollment, push patients into high-deductible plans, or penalize coverage gaps due to paperwork burdens.
